Two under-construction commercial complexes in the center of the capital will be presented in which economy and regulations tend to prevail. In these projects, the threat of regulations and budget restrictions has turned into opportunities for developing solutions in contrast with the monotony of the contexts. The Ideas behind the creative façades of the projects will be presented. The winning proposal for rehabilitation and landmark of Vali- Asr square(one of the most important squares of Tehran), will also be presented.
